Exotic Plugs Return Policy 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on any of our plugs.  Every pair ordered is custom built just for you.  If we send you the wrong plugs or make any sort of mistake on your order, you can return your plugs and we will fix your order quickly and have it back in the mail the next day.  In some cases we will just send you a new order without you having to return your initial order.  We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your order and receive exactly what you wanted.
